Your MindStudio workspace

Your workspace serves as the central hub to manage all the applications you create. The workspace homepage is a built-in AI chat called the workspace assistant.

Managing your workspace

From the workspace, you can access your billing statements, invite team members, view your usage, and more. The homepage can also be configured to fit your needs. 

To customize your workspace assistant, select the gear icon and then click Edit AI. You can use it as a basic AI chat to help you with various tasks or you can configure it to be more complex.

Viewing and creating AI projects

The workspace homepage is also where you begin building new AI projects and editing existing ones. To do so, follow these steps:

  1. Click the plus icon in the top left to get to My Workspace AIs
  2. From here you can manage your previous AI applications, access any drafts, and start a new AI project. 
  3. Selecting any published application will open the front-end user experience.

Accessing settings

Select the gear icon in the workspace dropdown in the top right to open up your workspace settings. There you can: 

  • Change the workspace name and company name
  • Set workspace usage limits
  • View your active usage
  • Manage your billing
  • Invite new users

Please note that some of these features are only available for Team account users.
