We believe

AI models will continue to get more powerful, faster, and less expensive.

There will be many model providers, and each model will have strengths and weaknesses. Organizations need to be model-agnostic, and leverage the best model for each intelligence need.

While humans can simply prompt models to perform various tasks via conversational chat interfaces, this approach has many limitations. If humans have to ask AI models to do things, humans are the bottleneck.

The big unlocks of productivity, efficiency, velocity, and yield come from orchestrating autonomous workflows that leverage AI models where needed – supervised and managed by humans.

AI-driven, mostly autonomous processes dramatically outperform human teams in yield, consistency, and quality. Just like modern manufacturing is driven by human-supervised automation (robots building things, while humans are there to support), modern knowledge work will be AI-driven and human-assisted.
